Nicole Richie SLOW Chase In The Hollywood Hills!

I was assigned to cover the Chateau Marmont Wednesday and just as I was about to take a break, a mini traffic jam sprung up at the base of Marmont Lane. Nicole Richie drove up, followed closely by about 8 cars full of paparazzi. She drove right into the garage, so no one got any shots. But she left soon after and somehow I ended up breifly leading the chase Eastbound on Sunset! Now we all know this is a pregnant woman so when I say "chase" I want to be clear that no one was speeding and we all gave her plenty of room. If anything she drove extra slowly, i assume for safety but also to force some of us to pass her. I passed by her and waved, and managed to get a shot of her REFLECTED in my side mirror at a stoplight! I didn't say it was a good shot! She headed up the hill and back to her gated home, where the worlds slowest chase came to a close. Several of the other cars parked to wait for her next move, but I'd had enough.
